Two radio guys discovered that today's listeners wanted true music variety. With not only a variety of different songs, but a variety of different styles of music as well. The challenge is, “how would they put it all into one station”? Well, one day, while carrying bulging boxes of 45's, CD's, and vinyl albums to a storage area, the two guys accidentally ran into each other, dropping all the music in random order on the floor (kind of like chocolate and peanut butter in the Reece's commercial). Suddenly, and like a bolt of lightening, it hit them! What appeared to be a musical mess, turned out to be just the right mix, and what they were looking for.
So it began, they loaded thousands of songs into a big computer and hit shuffle! Thus, Joe was born!
